Coconut blossom sugar is considered a healthy alternative to household sugar because of the micronutrients it contains. It has an aromatic sweetness with a fine melting consistency from the blossom of the coconut palm. The gentle thickening of the syrup from the nectar of the coconut blossom produces the typical caramel-malty aroma. This sugar is not refined - many valuable nutrients are thus preserved. Coconut blossom sugar also has a very low glycaemic index.
HOT EARTH coconut blossom sugar comes from controlled organic cultivation and is 100 percent free of additives. Our coconut blossom sugar is unrefined, slightly coarser-grained than household sugar and has a light brown colour.
